Oak Press Solutions incorporates our automatic lubrication system on every press. The engineered system incorporates progressive feeder manifolds to ensure the proper amount of lubrication is distributed to each bearing point.
Pump System:
The lubrication is supplied to the system by a positive displacement pump system. The adjustable volume pump is controlled by the press control package.
Distribution System:
The lubrication is distributed to each bearing point on the press by a progressive feeder manifold system. The feeder manifolds are sized to provide the proper amount of lubrication to each point.
Fault Detection:
The lubrication system incorporates electronic sensors to detect low lubrication levels in the pump system and feeder manifold malfunction. Any faults will be reported to the operator by the press control system.
